Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 3 teaspoons of salt;
  • 3 - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • 22 g of dry yeast;
  • 1.5 - 1.7 kg of wheat flour;
  • 2 yolks.

About 40-45 small pies are obtained from this amount of dough. If you need to bake less, then halve the amount of ingredients.

  • Potatoes;
  • One onion;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt to taste.
